Our journey began in 2018 when our passionate founder, Star Rose, embarked on an adventure that would change her life and shape the future of skincare and wellness. Studying abroad in the vibrant city of London during her junior year of college, Star couldn't help but notice a remarkable difference in her skin and overall health.

Curiosity sparked, she delved into the world of skincare and beauty products, seeking to uncover the secrets behind this positive transformation. What she discovered was eye-opening - the European Union held strict regulations, with over 2000 ingredients banned from use in their products. In contrast, the standards in the United States allowed the use of a mere 11 prohibited ingredients.

The knowledge of potential harmful effects from certain ingredients weighed heavily on Star's mind. She realized that the products we use daily could be subtly undermining our well-being, and that concerned her deeply.

Armed with this newfound understanding, Star became an ingredients detective, scrutinizing labels on every product she considered purchasing. It became her mission to protect not only herself but also everyone around her from unknowingly exposing themselves to harmful substances.

However, this relentless quest for safe products left her feeling frustrated and disillusioned. She yearned for a world where companies prioritized consumer well-being, embraced transparency, and made truly safe and effective products. And that's when the seeds of Cavri were sown.
